Mr. Paulus has been the CEO of The Jakarta Futures Exchange since 2015. During his leadership, he has achieved numerous milestones, including reengineering JFX trading and information system, introducing diversified products for the domestic and global trading community, providing price transparency and easy access to market data resulting in more than 90% of tin exporters using JFX trading platform to conduct their trades. Mr. Paulus has also, during his tenure, established international collaborations that have elevated JFX's reputation on the global stage.

Edric joined the LME in 2014 and is based in Singapore office, where he is Head of Corporate Sales in Asia. He has many years of experience in commodity price risk management. Previously, he worked at Mizuho Bank and was responsible for marketing commodity derivatives and advising hedging strategies to corporate customers. Prior to that, he worked for a world-renowned airline, managing their jet fuel risk book

Logan Lu, CEO of SMM. Since joining SMM in 2011, he has led the company's analysis and market research business in the ferrous research strategy. He oversees the pricing, information, data, analysis, and research departments for non-ferrous metals. As the CEO of SMM, he has over a decade of experience in commodity pricing, non-ferrous metals, data research, and new energy materials consulting.

Justin Werner holds a Bachelor of Management from the University of Sydney and has been involved in the mining industry for 20 years. He was a founding partner of PT Gemala Borneo Utama, a private Indonesian exploration and mining company, which developed a heap leach gold mine in West Kalimantan and also discovered the highly prospective Romang Island with then ASX-listed Robust Resources Limited.
 
Prior to developing projects in Indonesia, Justin worked as a consultant, leading many successful turnaround projects for blue chip mining companies around the world including Freeport McMoran (Grasberg deposit, Indonesia where he spent 2 years), Lihir Gold (Lihir mine, Papua New Guinea), Placer Dome (Nevada, USA), BHP Billiton (Ingwe Coal, South Africa), Rio Tinto (West Angeles Iron Ore, Australia), Nickel West (Western Australia) and QNI Yabulu refinery (Queensland, Australia). He was a Director of ASX listed Alpha HPA Limited until November 2023.
 
Mr Werner is currently a Chairman of the Board of ASX-listed Far East Gold Limited.

Paul White is Secretary General of the International Copper, Nickel and Lead and Zinc Study Groups all of which are based in Lisbon, Portugal. These Groups are intergovernmental organisations with a combined membership of 37 countries whose main purpose is to improve transparency in the base metal markets and promote co-operation between governments and the mining and metals industry. Prior to his election as Secretary-General at the beginning of 2018, Paul was Director of Market Research for the International Lead and Zinc Study Group. In this position he conducted research and presented papers on all aspects of the global lead and zinc markets. Before joining the Study Groups Paul worked as a physical metals trader in London for the Sumitomo Corporation and Brandeis Limited, a subsidiary of Pechiney World Trade. He has degree in Chemical Engineering and an MBA from the Universities of Surrey and Warwick in England.

Joseph Miller is a Washington D.C. based strategic advisor focusing on strategic metals with over 20 years of experience.  Joseph is the principal at Intra~Pax LLC where he advises primary and secondary strategic metals producers in the North America, Europe, Africa and Asia, with a focus on Tin, Tungsten and Antimony.  
He has 30 years working with the U.S. Government and is also an international law attorney with extensive experience in inter-governmental relations and resource management within Europe and Africa.  
He holds a Law Degree from the University of Baltimore in Maryland, a Master’s in Strategy and Policy from the United States Army War College, ,and a Master’s in Business Administration from Loyola University.  
Joseph is currently focused in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia as a senior advisor to the Government of Saudi Arabia focusing on their Vision 2030 Transformation and their development of strategic industries.

Almo serves as the Director on Climate, Energy, Cities, and the Ocean for WRI Indonesia. He leads the development of the clean energy portfolio within WRI Indonesia, and is currently in charge of leading Clean Energy Investment Accelerator work which aim to helps national and international companies meet their clean energy targets and supports Indonesian government to address regulatory and market barriers which have slowed investment and limited clean energy deployment across supply chains. His climate portfolio involves peatland restoration work with aim to assist the government to restore and monitor Indonesia's treathened peatland ecosystem.
As an energy professional, Almo has worked for various energy companies and international organization. Prior to joining WRI, Almo worked as an implementation consultant for energy and power sector with the global management consulting firm McKinsey & Company and also at the International Energy Agency where he supported the formulation of two of IEA’s major publications namely: 2014 World Energy Outlook, and 2014 Africa Energy Outlook. Almo also has eight years of experience in the oil and gas industry with British Petroleum (BP) and Petronas.
Almo graduated from University College London (UCL) in the UK with an M.Sc. in Energy Economics and B.Sc in Petroleum Engineering.

Prof. Dr. rer. nat. Evvy Kartini is a prominent figure in the scientific community, having held a number of significant leadership roles. These include founding the National Battery Research Institute (NBRI), serving as President of the Indonesian Neutron Scattering Society (INSS), President of the Indonesian Materials Research Society (MRS-INA), and currently holding the position of Research Professor at the National Research and Innovation Agency (BRIN). Professor Evvy is internationally recognized for her deep expertise in neutron scattering and materials science, with a particular focus on lithium-ion battery research. Her extensive publication record and numerous awards underscore her distinguished reputation in these specialized areas.
Under her guidance, the National Battery Research Institute (NBRI) has become a pioneering force in advancing battery technology in Indonesia. Through strategic collaborations with industry and institutions, Prof. Evvy Kartini has effectively disseminated cutting-edge knowledge and insights, offering invaluable perspectives on the future trajectory of battery technology. Her expertise has attracted interest from various sectors, catalyzing collaborative efforts with NBRI and highlighting Prof. Evvy's critical role in driving innovation and fostering mutually beneficial partnerships for technological advancement.
Furthermore, Prof. Evvy's influence extends beyond national boundaries, as evidenced by the international scope of the collaborations facilitated by NBRI under his leadership. In particular, the successful hosting of the IBS 2023 event, organized by NBRI under Prof. Evvy's guidance, attracted participation from various countries to engage in discussions around batteries and electric vehicles (EVs). This global recognition serves to underscore Prof. Evvy's status as a leading expert in battery technology, not only in Indonesia but also internationally.

Graduated in metallurgy from the Polytechnic Faculty of Lubumbashi in DRC, Egyul has experience in the mining industry having worked as a metallurgist in two hydrometallurgical plants. One in copper metallurgy and as a by-product, cobalt and the other in gold metallurgy. Then, he acquired strong managerial, administrative and analytical skills by having worked in various private and public companies. 

Currently, Egyul is a Metallurgist Expert at the Department of Metallurgical Studies and Industrial Integration at the Technical Cell for Coordination and Mining Planning in acronym CTCPM, technical service of the Ministry of Mines and focal point of mining activities in the DRC.

Cameron is the Director of Assurance for the Aluminium Stewardship Initiative and leads the international assurance function for ASI which includes regular engagement with auditing firms, auditors and nearly 350 ASI Member organisations with facilities in over 50 countries. 
He is a business-orientated environmental scientist with twenty five years’ experience in areas including performance standards, management systems, land use management and biodiversity, sustainability reporting, auditing and assurance, and corporate sustainability strategy. 
He is degree qualified in both environmental management and earth science, with professional experience also in health and safety and communities/social programs and initiatives. 
Over his career, he has held corporate sustainability roles throughout the mining and metals sector, including multi-national organizations such as Orica, Newcrest and Rio Tinto. Prior to joining ASI in early 2020, Cameron also managed a strategic sustainability consultancy, Rio Tinto and multi-national consulting firms. 

Duncan Hobbs brings over 30 years of experience to his London-based role as director of market research for non-ferrous metals and related raw materials traded by Concord Resources Ltd. Previously he managed an international team of senior staff delivering non-ferrous metals and bulk commodities market research at Noble Group, based in Singapore. Preceding these positions with physical traders, his experience includes commodities market research and business development roles in financial services with Macquarie Bank; mining and metal production with Nyrstar; engineering services with Hatch; and independent research with CRU, where he was a member of the steel team. He began his career in dry bulk shipping market research with Drewry in London. Mr Hobbs is presently a member of the LME’s Aluminium Committee, and previously served as a member of the Lead & Zinc Committee from 2015 to 2023.

Bin Long joined Zhongshan Hanhua Tin Co., Ltd. in 2016, primarily responsible for the sales of eco-friendly solder pastes, solder bars, solder wires, solder preforms, and water-based cleaning agents for electronic soldering materials. Through years of practice, he has a proficient understanding of the application environments for various soldering materials, enabling him to quickly assess customer needs and provide precise services. Additionally, he has participated in the development of company product projects and has been awarded 7 invention patents and 10 utility model patents.

Ron joined China Hongqiao Group in January 2020, following 11 years as Secretary General of the International Aluminium Institute (London). Previous roles include Executive Director of the Australian Aluminium Council (2002 to 2008), Chief Executive of the World Coal Institute London (1997 to 2001) and senior positions with the Minerals Council of Australia (1987 to 1996). Prior to these appointments, Ron was an economist with the Australian Government (1976 to 1987).  Ron is an Australian with a small beef cattle farm in Australia. 

Hendri earned his bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Trisakti University, Indonesia, in year 1996 and his master’s in management from Tarumanegara University, Indonesia, in year 2002. He has more than two decades of professional experience, mostly from his senior positions in sales and marketing. Before joining Adaro in 2014, he built his career at Banpu Group and Baramulti Group. His current positions also include Director of PT Adaro Indonesia, Director of PT Adaro Minerals Indonesia Tbk., and Commissioner of PT Pari Coal

A total of 29 years of work experience with several major companies such as Western Mining Company, Phelps Dodge Corp, Freeport McMoran, BHP Billiton, and J Resources Nusantara. Previous positions held covering senior level in both technical to managerial level mostly in Exploration; Brownfields and Greenfields Exploration including target generation, new business development, advanced exploration project, projectdevelopment/construction and operation. Worked mostly in major copper-gold and cobalt with recently in lateritic base metals deposit systems such as IOCG (Candelaria, Al Caparossa, Santos and Punta del Cobre-Chile), Sediment Hosted Cu (Tenke Fungurume district-DRC Africa) and HSE-Porphyry (Sunda-Banda Arc, South and Central Kalimantan, Central Southern-Philippines, PNG, Southern and Northern Peru, Central Chile, Arizona and Inner Mongolia, Tarim Basin-China), HSE, LSE and ISE-Porphyry and currently some lateritic mineral deposits in Indonesia.

Mr Subhashish Datta has over thirty-three years of professional experience in Finance & Accounts, Business and Strategic Planning, Commercial, Company Secretary, et al in the Infrastructure, Power, and Mining sectors.
He has a rich and wide-ranging experience having worked with various companies at various geographical locations across India and abroad viz., Tata Power, TRF (Tata Enterprise), Thiess Minecs India (MNC), Coastal Gujarat Power (merged with Tata Power), Powerlinks Transmission (Tata Power & PowerGrid JV), Stewarts & Lloyds (earlier Tata Steel subsidiary), Bharat Yantra Nigam (Govt. of India undertaking) etc. Since April 2022, Mr Datta is the Chief Financia Officer of PT. Kaltim Prima Coal.
Mr. Datta is a Fellow member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India and the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He completed his CFA course from the Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India. He is Graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Maisam Hasnain is a Vice President – Senior Credit Officer in Moody’s Corporate Finance Group.

Based in Singapore, Maisam covers a portfolio of companies across the industrial, mining and plantation sectors in Southeast Asia.

Prior to his move to Singapore in 2017, Maisam spent four years covering a broad array of sectors, including telecommunications, communications infrastructure, building materials, and metals and mining in Moody’s Hong Kong office. 

Maisam joined Moody’s in 2010 in Hong Kong and started as an Associate in Moody’s Regional Product Strategy team, which is responsible for managing all aspects of Moody’s research and data service offerings, including new business initiatives.

Maisam holds a double major in Economics and Finance, and a minor in Arabic from The University of Hong Kong.  He is also a CFA charterholder.

Dendi Ramdani currently serves as the Vice President for Industry and Regional Research at P.T. Bank Mandiri Tbk., a position he has held since August 2015. Before joining Bank Mandiri, he was a lecturer at the Faculty of Economics and Business at the University of Indonesia and at Antwerp Business School, University of Antwerp, in Belgium. He possesses significant expertise in industry analysis and corporate behavior.
From November 2014 to May 2015, shortly after returning to Indonesia, he was a member of the Oil and Gas Reform Task Force at the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources. Prior to this role, Dendi conducted postdoctoral research funded by Belspo (Belgian Science and Policy) in Belgium from 2011 to 2014.
He holds a PhD in Applied Economics from the University of Antwerp, Belgium, earned in 2013. Additionally, he obtained a Master’s degree in Economics and Econometrics from the University of Groningen in the Netherlands in 2007, a Master’s degree in International Economics from the University of Indonesia in 2005, and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Development Studies from the University of Indonesia in 1999.

Mr. Yazid Kanca Surya has been a Director of the Jakarta Futures Exchange (JFX) since December 2022, bringing over a decade of leadership experience in the financial and trading sectors. Prior to this role, he served as President Commissioner of JFX from July 2020 to December 2022 and as Commissioner from 2010 to 2015, playing a key role in the Exchange’s strategic growth and governance.

In addition to his position in JFX, his experience extends to the commodity industry, where he managed commodity trading operations that leveraged JFX for hedging and price stabilization. His hands-on experience in the sector provided him with a deep understanding of how futures trading supports industries reliant on volatile commodity markets. This dual expertise allows him to bridge the practical needs of commodity producers with innovative solutions offered by JFX.

Under his guidance, JFX continues to expand its reach, enhance market transparency, and deliver trading innovations that benefit both domestic and global participants.

Mark leads the Nickel Institute’s Public Policy & Sustainability team and is responsible for ensuring that global regulation and legislation on nickel and nickel compounds is science-based, justified and takes account of the socio-economic importance and the life cycle perspective of nickel.

He joined the Nickel Institute in 2008 and prior to taking up his current role he was responsible for life cycle management and sustainability issues for the Nickel Institute. He has contributed extensively to the academic and scientific debate on life cycle assessment and the benefits of using and recycling nickel. He has also been involved in developing global sustainability standards.
 Mark is a German citizen and holds a degree in Economic Geology and a PhD in Mining Engineering, both from Aachen RWTH Technical University, Germany.

Bryce has more than 19 years of working experience in New Energy Lithium-ion Battery materials field with key roles in overseas investment, critical mineral sourcing, responsible sourcing and ESG & Sustainability management in the company. He has led the responsible mineral supply chain due diligence program in Huayou Cobalt since 2016 and also firstly in cobalt Industry, which has contributed significantly to the formation of the industrial supply chain due diligence solution. Through implementing the comprehensive ESG management throughout its investments from mining, refining and further processing, which makes ESG become the core competitiveness of Huayou Cobalt. The company takes it’s leading role to provide green, sustainable supply chain to new energy Li-ion battery industry, especially at aspects of carbon reduction, supply chain traceability, environmental friendly and community harmony.

Mr. Reyes is currently the Philippine Commercial Counsellor and Economic Official to ASEAN based in the Embassy of the Philippines in Jakarta, Indonesia. While on home assignment prior to his posting in Jakarta, he was detailed at the trade negotiations arm of the Department of Trade and Industry and was tasked with handling trade in services negotiations for the Philippines. He also served as the assistant to the Chairperson of the Senior Economic Official (SEOM) for the ASEAN 2017 Chairship of the Philippines. Mr. Reyes is an experienced trade negotiator in the Philippines, forging trade and investment ties to help businesses expand abroad. He represented the Philippines in ASEAN FTA negotiations such as ASEAN-China FTA, ASEAN-HK, ASEAN- Korea FTA, ASEAN-Japan CEP, and ASEAN-Australia-New Zealand FTA. He was the lead negotiator on trade in services for the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) in 2015-2017. He was also part of the team that developed and crafted the ASEAN Community Vision Post 2015 (AEC Blueprint 2025). He also worked on implementing the Philippines’ first bilateral FTA, the Philippines-Japan Economic Partnership Agreement (PJEPA).

Imelda Agustina Kiagoes serves as a Corporate Secretary for PT Ceria Nugraha Indotama. Prior to Ceria, she was a Finance Director for project infrastructure logistics and served as a Corporate Secretary and Business Planning and Finance Manager for coal logistics, PT Pelita Samudera Shipping Tbk from 2014 – 2022. She has over 20 years of experience in financial planning and accounting for diverse industries in nickel mining, software development, banking, advertisement, chamber of commerce & philanthropic. Prior positions at PT Vale Indonesia Tbk, INFOR Global/System Software, Citigroup, Lakeshore Financial, Leo Burnett, Indiana Chamber of Commerce and Indiana University Center on Philanthropy.
She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance with a second concentration in International Business from Indiana University, Indianapolis, USA, in 1997 and pursuing a Master of Accounting and Financial Management from DeVry University Keller Graduate School of Management, Chicago, USA, in 2000.

Robin joined the LME in 2018 and manages the company's business development activities across product development, market data, market structure, sales and marketing. He is also the member of the LME and LME Clear Executive Committees. Prior to joining the company, Robin worked at the World Gold Council leading the organisation's market infrastructure initiatives. He was also responsible for the European Investment sector activities of the World Gold Council, leading projects to broaden investor access to gold.

With over three decades of extensive experience in Australia-China and Australasia business, Gloria has meticulously cultivated a wealth of knowledge and an extensive repertoire of solutions across the domains of international marketing, offtake agreements, major project investments, and joint venture management.

Amando B. Kaligis is an experienced Business Development Manager with extensive experience in financial and investment sectors, particularly in mining and nickel processing. He has played a key role in high-value transactions, including a potential $2.3 billion M&A deal for a mid-stream refinery. He has led sustainable, ESG-integrated projects, successfully attracting eco-conscious investors. Amando has coordinated with financial, technical, insurance, and market consultants, leading interactions with top international consulting firms. His strategic pitches to investors across various regions have resulted in multiple investments and joint ventures, and he has secured substantial project-specific insurances and Offtake Agreements worth over $300 million annually.

Amando's expertise in business planning and securing significant financing, including a $270 million syndicated loan for a nickel smelter, has been pivotal in driving business growth and establishing strong financial foundations. His ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and deliver impactful presentations has been instrumental in advancing projects and ensuring successful outcomes.

Sandra is the Director of Operations at the Responsible Minerals Initiative (RMI) an initiative of the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA), the largest industry association representing over 500 member companies operating in the supply chain across electronics, automotive and other industries. Sandra has over 14 year experience in supporting brands on ESG performance improvement and global expansion of supply chain compliance programs. Her strong operational knowledge was key in leading the scale up of the RMI assurance programme. Sandra, also demonstrated ability to implement and roll out complex supply chain compliance requirements while working for the top 3 Assessment firms in the sustainability sector.

Norman was graduated from Imperial College, London UK. Mineral Processing Eng., and acquired his EMBA degree in CEBIC. Prior joining in Metro Mining, Norman was the Sales manager in Rio Tinto Aluminium sector, President, APAC of Wogen Resources, and in President, APAC, in Traxys, Australia and China. Currently, Norman is the General Manager of Marketing in Metro Mining Limited Australia.

Elena has been with Rusal for eight years. Starting as a Global Market Analyst, she has progressed through roles, including EMEA Market Analyst, focusing on regional drivers and establishing best practices for market analysis. Now she is leading the Market Intelligence Unit, overseeing global market strategy development and validation, risk identification, and opportunity discovery in the aluminum industry. Prior to joining Rusal, Elena began her commodities research career in 2008 at TMK, a steel tube & pipe supplier, where she held various positions within marketing, sales, and corporate strategy. She holds two degrees: a Master of Engineering in Oil & Gas and a Master of Philology.

Ram Narayanan is a seasoned corporate professional with an extensive 26-year experience in the metals, chemicals, and optical fiber and cable industries. Currently serving as the Director of Market Development at Vedanta Limited, Ram is at the forefront of driving marketing and commercial initiatives across the Vedanta group and keenly focussed on transforming this domain through the e-commerce and digital initiatives. Possessing multicultural work experience in China, Taiwan, Malaysia, and India, Ram has adeptly managed business operations across Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and Europe. Winston Ng is the Project Director for PT Kalimantan Aluminium Industry (KAI). The company was established in 2022 and is currently focused on building an aluminium smelter in North Kalimantan, Indonesia. He has over 25 years of experience in various industrial sectors, specifically in petrochemicals, plastics/packaging, IT/tech, and building materials. He has worked in several countries, including Indonesia, Singapore, the United States, and China. Winston has B.S. in Engineering from the University of California at Berkeley and M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.

Vice General manager of Fen-Wei Digital Information Technology Co., LTD., mainly responsible for consulting information, industry research and CCI index related work. With more than 10 years of research and analysis experience in the coal industry, he has in-depth research on the distribution and optimal allocation of coal resources, supply and demand in coal and downstream markets, cost and logistics, and index pricing. With a degree in mechanics and management, he has worked in State Grid, financial institutions and new energy enterprises, engaged in technical management and industry research. Since joining the China Coal Resources Network, he has continued to provide industry consultation on coal coke resources, coal quality, cost, transportation and other aspects for well-known mining companies at home and abroad, regularly provide industry reports for domestic and foreign financial institutions, and serve as IPO industry consultant for a number of Hong Kong listed companies. In addition, he also led the construction of China Coal mine database, coal cost database and other industry databases of China Coal Resources Network.

Racket, with a Master's degree in Economics, is a senior vice president of SMM, expert of the Guangxi Qinzhou Decision-making Committee, and intermediate engineer. He has over 15 years of experience in industry research and consulting in ferrous metal products, and used to provide multi-level consulting services such as industry research, feasibility analysis, and strategic planning for major miners, smelters, and trading enterprises at home and abroad.

Irdanto is an experienced Sustainability Scientist at Minviro, a company specialising in life cycle analysis and quantifying environmental impacts through research, science-driven consultancy, and data. With a background in environmental and economic sustainability assessments, Irdanto has expertise in ISO 14040, ISO 14044, ISO 14067, and GHG Protocol standards. At Minviro, Irdanto provides a wealth of sustainability knowledge and experience across multiple stakeholders in mining and metal sectors, with expertise in the sustainability of Lithium-ion batteries, especially state-of-the-art battery recycling techniques, aligning with EU Battery Regulations. Irdanto has a prominent academic background in geology and natural resources management, with a Double Degree PhD in sustainability assessment areas. Throughout his professional career, Irdanto has provided high-quality sustainability research, consultancy, and policy advisory services in Europe, including to the JRC European Commission. Appointed General Manager of Eramet Taipei Office in June 1999, he then joined Eramet China in Shanghai for the Nickel Division as Sales & Marketing Director for China. In December 2009, he was appointed Sales & Marketing Director Asia for the Nickel Division, based in Shanghai. Since January 2013, Jérôme has joined ERAMET SA in Paris as Sales and Marketing Director for Nickel to which Lithium has been added in 2019.

Phoebe Whattoff brings a wealth of expertise and experience to her role as the Australian Country Director at Minviro. With a background as the Sustainability Manager, Phoebe expertise in conducting comprehensive assessments, both qualitative and quantitative, adhering to ISO 14040:2006, 14044:2006, and ISO 14067 standards. Her proficiency extends across a spectrum of materials crucial to modern industries, including lithium, base metals, rare earth elements (REE), and graphite. Phoebe's work has also provided invaluable insights into Li-ion battery cell and pack manufacturing and recycling processes, aligning with EU battery regulations. Phoebe is renowned for her contributions to academia and research, with publications exploring the environmental implications of battery manufacturing and raw material supply chains. Notably, her focus on anode-grade graphite production has led to significant advancements in standardising life cycle assessment methodologies, particularly through her leadership in shaping Product Category Rules for Graphite.

Daniel leads SFA (Oxford)’s nickel market analysis, which underpins SFA’s battery metals price forecasts, and supports clients with deep insights into the nickel market. He oversees nickel supply modelling with a particular focus on battery-grade nickel feedstocks and the evolving supply chain dynamics between producers and consumers.
Daniel began his career as a geologist, and is able to leverage the experience gained in the mining sector to inform and enhance SFA (Oxford)’s market-leading analysis.

Wang Cong is an industry research GM at Shanghai Metals Market. She majored in new energy and battery materials when she was a post-graduate student in East China University of Science and Technology and obtained her Master's degree in Chemistry afterwards. She has engaged in the nickel industry chain research for years, and has a deep insight into the production, operation and trading process of the stainless steel and new energy industry chains (involving nickel ore, refined nickel,NPI，FeNi stainless steel nickel sulphate, manganese sulphate, precursors, cathode materials, batteries, etc.). Hendra Sinadia Assumed the role as APBI-ICMA's Executive Director On October 2017. Prior to join APBI-ICMA Hendra Served as the Executive Secretary of The Indonesian Mining Association (IMA). Hendra Sinadia Has been in the Mining Industry for more than 15 Years. He first started his career in the industry when worked for PT Freeport Indonesia In 2002-2008 with his latest position at the company was as the company's Chief Attorney. After leaving Freeport, Hendra served as President Director of PT. Vale Eksplorasi Indonesia (subsidiary Of Vale International SA) In 2010 – 2011. Hendra is currently the Vice-chairman of Indonesian Mining Institute and Director at PT Indo Minerba Insani which he Co-founded in 2013. Prior to work in the mining industry, Hendra worked as The Senior Legal Consultant at Roosdiono & Rekan In 2000 - 2002, and as the Senior Tax Consultant At Prasetyo Utomo Consult (member Firm Of Arthur Andersen ) In 1996 - 2001. Hendra Sinadia received gis degrees from Faculty Of Law, Hasanuddin University Makassar In 1991 And Master Of Business Administration, Westcoast University, California In 1995.

Yang (Yana) Xia is the Marketing Director of Bauxite and Alumina of Alcoa, responsible for developing global market views and go-to-market strategies for Alcoa’s bauxite and alumina products. Yana has more than 10 years of work experience in the mining & metals industry. She joined Alcoa Industrial Analysis team in 2017 from Shanghai office, and then has expanded her work experience in Alcoa Pittsburgh office and now is based in Singapore. She has an MA in Economics from Fudan University and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

He has worked in the flash furnace section of Guixi Smelter of Jiangxi Copper Group, Hunan Non-ferrous Metal Research Institute, Changsha Non-ferrous Metallurgical Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd., and currently works in Hunan Provincial Recycled Metal Recycling Deputy Director of Engineering Technology Research Center.
He has long worked in the fields of non-ferrous metal smelting, hazardous waste treatment and disposal, urban mineral resource recycling and other fields.
He presided over and participated in the world`s largest zinc concentrate boiling roaster (198m2), the largest single-series copper smelting with side-blown smelting + top-blown blowing process (400,000 t/a cathode copper), and the world`s largest oxygen-rich side-blown furnace ( 70m2) and the largest top-blown converting furnace (120m2) and the largest fumeification furnace (48m2). It has rich experience in suspended flash smelting, oxygen-rich molten pool enhanced smelting and other technologies. Hosted or participated in 1 national key R&D project, more than 100 corporate scientific and technological design projects, published 12 academic papers, and applied for more than 20 national patents.

Cameron is the Director of Assurance for the Aluminium Steward ship Initiative and leads the international assurance function fol ASI which includes regular engagement with auditing firms, audi tors and nearly 350 ASI Member organisations with facilities in ovel 50 countries. He is a business-orientated environmental scientist with twent five years' experience in areas including performance standards management systems, land use management and biodiversity sustainability reporting, auditing and assurance, and corporate sustainability strategy. He is degree qualified in both environmental management ano earth science, with professional experience also in health and safety and communities/social programs and initiatives. Over his career, he has held corporate sustainability roles through out the mining and metals sector, including multi-national organizations such as Orica, Newcrest and Rio Tinto. Prior to joining ASIin early 2020, Cameron also managed a strategic sustainability consultancy, Rio Tinto and multi-national consulting firms.

Denis Sharypin has attained a degree from Moscow State University in Russia and Graduate school of Toyo University in Tokyo, Japan (both distinction with honors). Denis has worked for Norilsk Nickel for 14 years and currently stands as Strategic Marketing Director, responsible for covering Base and Precious metals markets. Outside of Norilsk, Denis is the Chairman of INSG Statistics Committee, Representative director at the Nickel Institute and a representative member of the International Platinum Group Metal Association.

Hirofumi Yaginuma is a Senior Director in JETRO Jakarta office. He oversees research on Indonesia's economic trends, business conditions and activities of Japanese companies operating in Indonesia. The results of his research are widely disseminated, especially to Japanese companies. Currently, he has been conducting researching the status of EV diffusion in Indonesia and other topics. After joining JETRO in 2014, he worked at the Kitakyushu office based in Fukuoka Prefecture, providing consulting and support for matching events to strengthen the export and overseas investment of local SMEs. He also worked in the Planning Division of the Tokyo Head Office from 2019 to 2022, where he was engaged in budget requests to the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and budget management for the entire organization until his current position.

Mr. Kris has 31 years of experience in the coal business, with the first 13 years of his professional career as coal metallurgist & marketer at BHP Group and continue with 18 years started his general management role in early 2005 at Medco Mining Group. Currently he is holding Top management position in MEMI (national coal mining company). From 2021, he is the Chairman - Coal Mining Policy with PERHAPI (Association of Indonesian Mining Professionals) and he is also the Chairman - Policy of METI (Indonesia Association of Renewable Energy). Since 2012, he is the Chairman of Sustainability at APBI - Indonesia Coal Mining Association. Kris graduated from Mining Engineering of ITB (Institute Technology of Bandung), with Major in Coal Processing and MBA of ITB, with Major in Energy Management.

Juno is experienced in macro research, trend identification and price forecasting using both fundamental analysis as well as quantitative modeling techniques. Prior to joining Horizon Insights, she worked for the World Bank and International Monetary Fund in United States for 4 years. Juno graduated from Columbia Business School with a Master of Science degree in Financial Economics.

Dr. Ashok Nandi, President, International Bauxite, Alumina & Aluminium Society (IBAAS), is actively involved in evaluation of various bauxite-alumina projects in the world. He is one of the founder members of IBAAS and organized 11 International Aluminium conferences in India and abroad. During 2007-2012 period, Dr. Nandi worked as Senior Geological Consultant to BHP Billiton in Australia. Also worked as Geo-metallurgist in alumina refineries of India and Australia. Presently he is consultant to worldwide bauxite projects in Guinea, Sierra Leone, Cameroon and India namely Sierra Minerals Holding Ltd./VIMETCO, Rescom and Jindal Steel and Power Ltd. Dr. Nandi has more than 45years experience of working in bauxite-alumina industry, research and development and geological-mining fields. Published more than 60 papers in the field of Bauxite-Alumina. He is JORC competent person and also Registered Specialist of ASI (Aluminium Stewardship Initiative). Dr. Nandi was selected as one of the top 50 experts in the world by International Aluminium Institute (IAI) during 2022.

Carl is a geologist having gained his degree from the University of London in the early 1990s. He has worked in various roles in the geological and natural resources sectors. He started in the oil industry with Phillips Petroleum as an exploration geologist before moving to Hong Kong as a geotechnical engineer. On his return to the UK, Carl spent much of his time as a metals and mining analyst and became research director at energy and mining research consultancy Wood Mackenzie before moving roles to the International Aluminium Institute as the bauxite & alumina sustainability manager. Carl brings a breadth of experience across most metals sectors, having worked as an analyst in gold, silver, PGMs and base metals such as zinc, nickel and copper. However, he came to prominence with his work in bauxite & alumina markets over the past 15 years, where he spearheaded Wood Mackenzie’s markets and cost benchmarking services.

Dr. Suarga is the first Chairman of Carbon Team formed by Association of Indonesian Forest Concessionaires, then lead Standardization and Certification Permanent Committee of the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry as well as Sustainable Consumption and Production. His later task was appointed as the Vice Chairman of Eastern Indonesia Economic Council, while together with the Ministry of Environment and Forestry he formed Ecolabel Desk. Beside being the Chairman of Indonesia Carbon Trade Association, he is now also belong to Ministry’s Board of Experts of Technical Committee for Environmental Friendly Technology Verification and Special Committee for Public Facility Services Standard. He believes that managing natural resources most challenging responsibilities are social issue resolutions. Dr. Suarga earned his Bachelors degree from Ohio University in Economics double majored in Mechanical Engineering, after finishing postgraduate in Management from Trisakti University, he acquired PhD in Resource Management and Anthropology from University of Indonesia, plus Digital Disruption advance course from Judge Business School, University of Cambridge.

Marina focuses on increasing the Cobalt Institute’s visibility in media, developing compelling messages to external audiences and leading on strategic communications projects. She holds a Masters degree in Political Communications and Strategy from the University of Kent. In addition to her native Russian, she is fluent in English and French.

Mark is responsible for life cycle management and sustainability issues in the LCA & Sustainability team. He monitors regulatory developments likely to impact the nickel industry and identifies opportunities to contribute to the academic and scientific debate on life cycle assessment and the benefits of using and recycling nickel. He is moreover involved into the development of global sustainability standards. Mark is based in Brussels. Prior to joining the Nickel Institute in 2008, Mark worked as REACH Coordinator at Aurubis, the integrated copper group and copper recycler and as Environmental Manager at Eurometaux, the European non-ferrous metals association. Mark holds a degree in Economic Geology and has a PhD in Mining Engineering both from Aachen RWTH Technical University (Germany).

Tom manages the Sustainability strategy and programs at the Cobalt Institute. He oversees core areas of supply chain decarbonization, circular economy, and recycling, with a particular focus on the growth of e-mobility. Holding a Masters in Mechanical Engineering from Newcastle University, Tom began his career as a metallurgist on large extractives projects from which he progressed to management of change, training and business development roles. To combine industry experience with a desire to achieve energy transition in a sustainable manner, he also completed a Masters in Global Energy and Climate Policy from the Centre for International Studies and Diplomacy at SOAS, University of London

Prantik Dasgupta has more than 20 years experience in the commodity space having worked across leading corporates in senior management positions and has been based in multiple countries in Asia including Indonesia , Singapore and India. He is an accomplished marketing professional and a high successful procurement expert having been instrumental in increasing the footprint of leading corporates like the Vedanta Group and the Adani Group globally. At present he works for the Coeclerici Group as the Country Director for India and also handles the Business Development for the group in Indonesia. He also holds an MBA from the prestigious Indian Institute of Management and is an Engineer by training.

Ghee Peh is an Energy Finance Analyst with a focus on the Asian coal industry and South East Asia. Ghee has worked on major mining IPOs in Hong Kong and ndonesia including coal, copper and gold companies and has a deep interest in commodity markets.

Muchtazar is an experienced sustainability professional and has worked for several industrial enterprises since 2014.

He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB) and a Master of Environmental Science from the University of Indonesia. On top of that, he received an SDG Pioneer award in 2019 from the United Nations Global Compact, being just the second Indonesian in the award history to receive the accolade. 

In 2022, he earned an ESG Champion recognition from The Natural Resources Forum for his contribution to driving innovation, education and real change in implementing sustainability policies and strategies. Additionally, he has represented his country in various international forums, such as the UN Global Compact Leaders Week, United Nations Climate Change Conference, ASEAN-Australia Special Summit, One Young World, Global Compact Network Singapore Youth Forum, and the Asian Circular Economy Leadership Academy, as well as being rewarded with the title of Under 40 Sustainability Star 2023 by CorpStage at the ESG World Summit & GRIT Awards.

Chris Chang is currently the Vice-President of Corporate Development at the Canada Nickel Company since 2022. Chris has had a 17-year career in Investment Banking and Capital Markets. From 2015 to 2021, he led the Institutional Equities Mining Specialist Sales desk at various multinational foreign investment banks including Macquarie Capital Markets and Raymond James. In those roles, he has helped raise over $1 billion of equity funding for junior and mid-cap mining companies from Institutional Investors and Private Equity groups globally.
Previously, Chris was an Equity Research Mining Analyst at a Canadian Bank owned dealer covering Base Metals and Uranium equities, where he was responsible for company research coverage, valuations, and the bank’s commodity price forecasts. Chris holds a BBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University

Anna is a Senior Program Manager at the Responsible Minerals Initiative (RMI), an initiative of the Responsible Business Alliance representing over 500 member companies operating in the supply chain for the electronics, automotive, and other sectors. Anna stewards the efforts of RMI member companies towards responsible minerals sourcing of battery materials, with a particular focus on nickel. Anna began her career in international organizations including UN and GIZ. Since 2016, she has worked for business associations fostering sustainability in global supply chains. She has over seven years of experience supporting downstream companies to conduct supply chain due diligence and combines industry experience with ESG knowledge and innovation skills.

• Jim has 43 years of experience in researching the international metals and mining industries. 
• Jim Lennon worked at Macquarie from 1994 to 2013. He left Macquarie in June 2013 and set up his own consulting company, Red Door Research Ltd. The consulting company specialises in the economic analysis of commodity markets. Jim remains a part-time consultant to Macquarie. 
• Until June 2013, he was Chairman of Commodities at Macquarie. Jim joined Macquarie in May 1994 and worked full-time for Macquarie for 19 years. He founded and headed up a 10 person research team in London, Singapore and Shanghai which serviced the equity, LME trading and corporate advisory divisions of the bank with steel, coal, metals and minerals research and market intelligence. 
• Jim and his team at Macquarie were regularly ranked number one in various surveys of commodities research among equity investors for over a decade.

J.J. Messner de Latour is the Sector Lead for the Purchasing Sector at the Initiative for Responsible Mining Assurance (IRMA). Prior to joining IRMA, he led Minerals Integrity and Traceability for Microsoft Corporation in Redmond, Washington. He has over 15 years’ experience on issues related to responsible business, extractive sector governance, political risk, socially responsible investment, and use of security forces. J.J. previously led the Downstream Purchaser sector on the Board of Directors of IRMA and was a long-time former Steering Committee member and recent Commissioner of the Strategic Review Commission of the Voluntary Principles on Security & Human Rights (VPSHR). He also represented Microsoft in the Responsible Minerals Initiative (RMI) and Global Battery Alliance (GBA). J.J. previously served as the Executive Director of The Fund for Peace, an international NGO based in Washington, D.C. He designed, managed, and implemented programs for the International Finance Corporation (IFC), IDB Invest, African Development Bank, U.S. State Department, USAID, foreign governments, and companies in the oil and mining sectors. Notable achievements include directing the Fragile States Index over a decade and co-authoring the IFC’s "Guidance Handbook on Use of Security Forces" and leading the development of "From Commitment to Impact," a joint study with DCAF on the in-country implementation of multistakeholder initiatives. He holds a Masters in Science from George Mason University in Arlington, Virgina and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Adelaide, Australia. He is based in Grand Baie, Mauritius.

Renova currently holds the role of VP Risk Management and ESG at PT Bumi Resources Tbk. He has more than 20 years of working experience in risk management, corporate governance, compliance, project management and information technology. He worked as Assistant Manager Corporate Finance at PT Indosat Tbk from 2001-2010. In 2013-2016, he then worked at BHP Billiton Indonesia responsible for risk management and governance. In 2016-2019, he worked at Indonesia Infrastructure Guarantee Fund (IIGF) as Vice President in charge of risk management and compliance. Jason Tatman is the Overseas Market Manager for HPY Technology Co., Ltd., a leading company specializing in advanced sensor-based ore sorting solutions. With a strong focus on expanding the application of these technologies across global markets, Jason has played a pivotal role in developing and implementing ore sorting projects in diverse regions including Southeast Asia, several African countries, Australia, and Central America.

Joseph Miller is a Washington D.C. based Strategic minerals advisor focusing on critical metals for the defense and electronics industry with over 20 years of experience.  He is a former Army Colonel and international law attorney with extensive experience in bi-lateral defense trade.  He is a member of the American Tin Trade Association and advises secondary strategic metals producers in the United States and Asia.  He holds degrees in strategy and policy from the United States War College, a law degree from the University of Baltimore, and a master’s in business administration from Loyola University. 

Tracy XIE has over 15 years of experience in the tin industry, including 4 years of experience in overseas mining investment and more than 10 years of marketing experience in the Chinese tin industry. Yunnan Tin Trading (Shanghai) Co., Ltd, is a wholly owned subsidiary of Yunnan Tin Company Limited, and mainly responsible for the sales of tin ingots as well as some non-ferrous metal trading in the Chinese market.

Gusti Fauzi M. Gafli is an accomplished leader with over a decade of experience in supply chain management and procurement. Currently serving as the Executive VP of Commercial and Supply Chain Management at PT. Indonesia Asahan Aluminium (MIND.ID), Gusti fazi M. Gafli has driven significant cost savings and spearheaded strategic initiatives, including a $19.6 million cost reduction in 2023 and a revenue-sharing collaboration generating over USD 150 million annually.

Previously, Gusti Fauzi M. Gafli held key positions at PT. Mining Industry Indonesia, PT. Medco Power Indonesia, Medco E&P Indonesia, and ConocoPhillips. Dahui Zhang, Vice President of Zhejiang Huayou Cobalt Company Ltd, is responsible for Indonesia business development. Martha is a socio-environmental specialist with focus areas on climate and energy policy and sustainability. As an associate researcher at International Institute of Sustainable Development (IISD) since 2020, Martha has been involved in projects on fossil fuel subsidy reform, just transition, renewable energy, and responsible practices in critical minerals mining and processing industry. As an academic, her research focuses on social implications and political economic dynamics of energy transition and Indonesia's renewable energy policy. Martha's PhD thesis (2019) on the role of the private sector in renewable energy takes an approach that emphasises the needs to examine local political and social aspects in the policy design to address global environmental issues. Since 2021, she serves as an expert board member of Indonesian Renewable Energy Society. 

Nicolas is an Expert with MineSpans based out of McKinsey’s Brussels office inBelgium since 2017. Nicolas’ core focus is on analyzing nickel mining, smelting and refining trends globally. On top of that, he leads the battery raw materials (Ni, Co, Li, Mn, graphite) work at MineSpans, building supply & demand outlooks, cost curves, CO2 emissions and water intensity and summarizing these into tailored and in-depth insights.

Andika serves as an associate with RMI (Rocky Mountain Institute)'s Southeast Asia Energy Program, with a current focus on advancing utility transitions and driving industrial decarbonization efforts in Indonesia. His prior experience includes a stint with the International Energy Agency (IEA), where he concentrated on fostering clean energy initiatives across developing and emerging regions, notably in Latin America and Southeast Asia. Andika's areas of expertise encompass Renewable Energy Development, Energy Efficiency, Digitalization, and Building Decarbonization. His professional journey also includes a role as a project manager for geothermal projects in Indonesia. Andika holds a Master's degree in Renewable Energy and Engineering Management from École Polytechnique in France.

Nationally award-winning executive with more than 20 years of experience in mining industry leading wide spectrum of business functions from IT, Supply Chain Management, Security Services, Medical Services, General Facility Services and Human Resources Management.
Currently hold the position of the CFO at one of the largest mining company in Indonesia, with ultimate responsibility to sustainably generating bottom line impact to the company’s shareholders.

Deepak Kachru, a chemical engineering graduate with Masters in Business Administration from Pune University, India. Started his career in water and wastewater treatment from 1996 with IWT India – a subsidiary of IWT Inc USA – specializing in membrane systems for water and wastewater recycle applications.

Subsequently worked as the head of sales of an entrepreneurial venture specializing in niche membrane recycle, AOP based systems and design of packaged desalination plants.

Currently part of Aquatech Systems Asia Pvt. Ltd. Team – a 100% subsidiary of Aquatech International Corporation, USA - spearheading the desalination focus and enhancing the desalination market base for Aquatech in India. Focussed on developing and leveraging Aquatech’s global experience in Power plant integrated recycle-Reuse model for upcoming projects in India.

Nick has more than 29 years’ experience in banking and finance globally including a strong trade and deep commodity finance background, with extensive relationship and structured finance experience, working with clients across Resources, Energy and Infrastructure sectors in multiple top tier banks. 
Nick currently leads SMBC’s Metals, Mining & Chemicals Sector Banking providing extensive expertise and deep industry knowledge to meet diverse client requirements. Before joining SMBC, Nick was Head of Infrastructure, Export & Sustainable Finance, International at Australia and New Zealand Bank based in Singapore.  
Prior to this role Nick was Head of Resources, Energy & Infrastructure, South East Asia, India & Middle East responsible for leading ANZ's coverage business and strategy internationally.  Nick has held various other leadership and industry specialist roles in ANZ, Standard Bank & Fortis Bank with a focus on Natural Resources. He was also Global Head of Oil & Gas, Mining and Chemicals at MIGA (World Bank).

Mr. Bin Li is the Chief Technology Officer of DONGNENGZHUOHUAN Survey and Design Co.,Ltd.with rich experience in non-ferrous metals (copper, nickel, lead, zinc, aluminum, tin, antimony, bismuth and other metals) smelting engineering design, Li has deeply participated in the whole technology research and development, engineering design, construction and operation process of direct smelting of low grade nickel matte from laterite nickel ore, high grade nickel matte producing by oxygen-enriched side-blowing  from low grade nickel matte. Currently, Mr. Li is being in charge of  promotion and application of new technologies in Southeast Asia market.

With over 20 years of consulting experience, Xin has led regional projects in strategy and governance, operational excellence, digital transformation, and climate and sustainability initiatives. Prior to joining DSS Xin worked in BCG, Accenture, PE firm, SOE and global materials group. She graduated from MBA program of SEM of Tsinghua University and has PMP, CSM certificates.

Adrian brings to Robertsbridge more than 17 years of experience in the private sector; from commodities, biofuels, telecommunications to conservation finance. He is experienced in building sustainability organizations, strategies, and stakeholder networks; having started in companies from the early set-up. He started his career in the palm oil sector on sustainable supply chains, working with stakeholders on critical sustainability issues and Nature Based Solutions (NBS). Adrian is experienced in various initiatives such as the Roundtable for Sustainable Palm Oil and helped set-up sustainable landscape projects in Indonesia.
Adrian served as the technical committee chair of the International Sustainability and Carbon Certification, and currently serving as an advisory board member in Abler Nordic - the Nordic Microfinance Institute.

Jenson Ong is Asia Team Lead for Nonferrous Metals pricing at Platts, part of S&P Global, based in Singapore. Jenson’s main areas of focus are the base metals (aluminum value chain, copper, manganese) and ferroalloy markets within the APAC region.

He also works across teams globally on methodology education and benchmark defense for Platts’ Metals enterprise, and strategic price launches for emerging markets across the battery metals space (nickel, lithium, graphite).

Suwanto is currently a Senior Research Analyst of the Power, Fossil Fuel, Alternative Energy and Storage (PFS) Department at the ASEAN Centre for Energy (ACE), an intergovernmental organisation within the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN). He is specifically responsible for the Fossil Fuel, Hydrocarbon and Minerals (FOM) Unit.

He is an energy enthusiast with a unique background encompassing diverse domains, including non-renewable energy industries, renewable energy, and other low-carbon technologies, extending from profit-driven ventures to non-profit sectors and from business to research activities. Delving extensively into energy think tank institutions and engaging in energy and climate projects has significantly broadened his comprehension of energy transition and climate actions for sustainable development.

He has experience in energy project development in ASEAN, including ACE-USAID SPP, ASEAN Power Grid Advancement Program with ETP/CASE, ASEAN Low-Carbon Energy Technology Roadmap on Hydrogen and Ammonia with ERIA, South East Asia CCS Accelerator (SEACA) with GCCSI, etc.
He holds a master’s degree from the University of Freiburg, Germany, majoring in Sustainable Systems Engineering. Prior to his master’s degree, he served as a Petroleum Engineer at a multinational oil and gas company in Indonesia.

Mr. Singh embarked on this journey after completing his Master's in Commodity Trading and International Business in 2012. For over a decade now, he's been a cornerstone of HMS Bergabu AG, leading the charge in Asian operations for HMS Bergbau AG.
His specialization lies in Indonesian Thermal Coal sourcing and marketing, where he's dedicated a significant portion of his career. Through adept navigation of the complex markets in China, India, and Southeast Asia, Mr. Singh has earned a reputation for his strategic prowess and industry insight.
It's worth noting that HMS Bergbau Worldwide manages around 15 million tons of coal annually, with Mr. Singh's leadership at HMS Asia contributing substantially, overseeing the handling of between 5.5 to 6 million tons each year.

Lloyd Hain heads AME’s research and consulting divisions. He is responsible for the executive management of the AME Research Group. His principal interest is developing AME's work relating to infrastructure, transactions and financing in the resources industry, as well as strategic and project advice. Lloyd is a mining engineer with considerable depth of experience in industry having worked in technical, operational and management roles. He has experience in the planning and operation of many types of deposits from simple, single seam to highly complex, faulted, steeply dipping, multi-seam environment.

Mr. Gao Xuege is the Chairman and General Manager of PT Risun Weishan Indonesia, bringing a wealth of experience and expertise in project management and accounting to his leadership roles.   Born in Hebei Province, China, Mr. Gao Xuege has a strong educational foundation in law and accounting, having studied at China Youth University of Political Studies and Hebei University of Economics and Business.

Keith Tan is Associate Regional Pricing Director for Asia Metals at S&P Global Commodity Insights, having joined in 2007 after earlier stints at petrochemical market information provider ICIS and DaimlerChrylser. Initially covering the Asian petrochemical markets out of the company’s Singapore office, Keith joined the metals group in 2010 and was part of the team that built the benchmark Iron Ore Index. He relocated to Shanghai in 2015 to expand the team’s coverage of Chinese steel exports and pricing, and returned to Singapore in 2022 for the regional metals role. Keith graduated with first class honors from the National University of Singapore. 

Liu Zheng, a senior engineer, is currently the director of the Aluminum Electrolysis Design & Research Branch of Guiyang Aluminum Magnesium Design and Research Institute Co. Ltd., and chief designer of several GP500kA potlines including Indonesia Huaqing Aluminum Co., Ltd. and Guizhou Huaren New Materials Co., Ltd., and is also excellent young survey designer in Guizhou Province, off campus part-time supervisor for master's degree students at Central South University, and science & technology expert of China Nonferrous Metals Construction Association.
Liu Zheng has won the second prize of the 2022 Guizhou Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award; 2023 China Aluminum Group Science and Technology Progress Second Prize; the first prize for scientific and technological progress of the China Construction Enterprise Management Association in 2023.
