Septian Hario Seto (Seto）, is an accomplished economist and currently serves as a Member of the National Economic Council (DEN) of the Republic of Indonesia. Seto has played a key role in navigating complex financial strategies that drive critical development initiatives across both public and private sectors.
A graduate of the University of Indonesia with a BA in Economics in 2006 and SKEMA Business School in 2008, Seto began his career as an analyst at Principia Management Group before advancing to Corporate Finance Manager at PT Toba Bara Sejahtera. His exceptional performance in both roles led to his recruitment by the government, where he brought significant expertise in capital raising, debt structuring, and strategic crisis management.
Since 2015, he has held various influential roles as an Expert Staff across key ministries, including the Executive Office of the President, Coordinating Ministry for Political, Legal, and Security Affairs, and Coordinating Ministry for Maritime Affairs and Investments.
With a strong track record in the coal mining industry and nickel downstream processing, as well as significant contributions to major projects such as the Jakarta-Bandung High-Speed Rail, Jabodebek LRT, toll road development across Java and Sumatra, Kertajati International Airport, and Kediri Airport, Seto has demonstrated his dedication to supporting sustainable economic and infrastructure development at the national level.

Graduated in metallurgy from the Polytechnic Faculty of Lubumbashi in DRC, I have experience in the mining industry having worked as a metallurgist in two hydrometallurgical plants. One in copper metallurgy and as a by-product, cobalt and the other in gold metallurgy. Then, I acquired strong managerial, administrative and analytical skills by having worked in various private and public companies.
Currently, I am a Metallurgist Expert at the Department of Metallurgical Studies and Industrial Integration at the Technical Cell for Coordination and Mining Planning in acronym CTCPM, technical service of the Ministry of Mines and focal point of
mining activities in the DRC.

Mr. Yazid Kanca Surya is the CEO of the Jakarta Futures Exchange (JFX), bringing over a decade of leadership experience in the financial and trading sectors. Prior to this role, he served as President Commissioner of JFX from July 2020 to December 2022 and as Commissioner from 2010 to 2015, playing a key role in the Exchange’s strategic growth and governance. In addition to his position in JFX, his experience extends to the commodity industry, where he managed commodity trading operations that leveraged JFX for hedging and price stabilization. His hands-on experience in the sector provided him with a deep understanding of how futures trading supports industries reliant on volatile commodity markets. This dual expertise allows him to bridge the practical needs of commodity producers with innovative solutions offered by JFX. Under his guidance, JFX continues to expand its reach, enhance market transparency, and deliver trading innovations that benefit both domestic and global participants. 

Luke is a Senior Director at Danantara Indonesia, where he focuses on portfolio performance, asset optimization, and strategic value creation. He previously served as Chief Strategy and Technical Officer at PT Vale Indonesia and CTO for Vale Base Metals, following five years as Technical Director for Vale in Mozambique. Earlier in his career, Luke spent a decade with BHP in senior technical, operational, and financial leadership roles. He is also an active industry contributor, serving as Chair for several not-for-profit mining and innovation organisations.

Ms. Marguerite Kaba is a  Project Manager and Partnerships at the Chamber of Mines of Guinea, where she contribute to strategic initiatives supporting responsible mining, investment facilitation, and international cooperation. Driven by a strong desire to turn ideas into concrete projects, she has built my career at the intersection of project management, finance, and data analysis. She holds an MBA in Business Analytics from Université Laval in Canada and a Bachelor’s degree in Management and Business Administration from Morocco. She has worked with financial institutions, banks, and international organizations, developing strong expertise in structuring and optimizing strategic processes. Her experience includes transnational projects, multi-country negotiations, and strategic portfolio analysis. She has represented my organizations at major international conferences, including Mining inDaba, Fastmarkets Miami, FITA Tunis, MOTA Paris, SIM Sénégal, and the Guinean economic mission to Saudi Arabia.

Fabby Tumiwa is an energy transition strategist and the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Institute for Essential Services Reform (IESR), an Indonesian think tank on energy policy and the environment. IESR advocates rapid clean energy deployment and energy system decarbonization in Indonesia.
Fabby has over 25 years of experience in energy and climate policy and regulation and is a seasoned practitioner in renewable energy and energy efficiency. He advises Indonesian government agencies, businesses, NGOs, bilateral and multilateral development organizations on electricity, renewable energy, energy efficiency, sustainable energy finance, and climate change policies. He was the founder of of Indonesia Solar Energy Association (ISEA) in 2016 and serve as its chairman from 2021 to 2024.
He advises numerous international organizations in his capacity as a member of the IEA Technology and Innovation Advisory Board, the World Energy Forum’s Energy and Industry Transition Intelligence (EITI) Advisory Board, and the Green and Low Carbon Expert Network (GLEN) of BRIGC.

Putra Adhiguna currently leads the Energy Shift Institute, an energy finance think tank focused on Asia's energy transition. He has 20 years experience in the energy sector and his insights are frequently sought after by both public and private stakeholders as well as the media.

Linda Shan serves as Head of the International Department, Deputy Director of the International Mining Cooperation Center at the Zhongguancun Green Mine Industry Alliance (Z.G.M), and concurrently holds the position of Deputy Secretary-General of the UN Special Consultative Expert Committee. With extensive experience in international cooperation and policy exchange within the green mining sector, she has led the implementation of projects on green mining standard export, technology transfer, and capacity cooperation between Z.G.M and developing countries in Asia, Africa, and Latin America, advancing the practice of South-South cooperation for China's green mining experience. As a key participant in the UN special consultative mechanism, she actively connects global mining governance resources and boasts robust expertise in policy research and project management related to sustainable mining development and international ESG collaboration, providing strong support for the global dissemination and localization of China's green mining practices.

Rock Ding, Consulting Project Manager at SMM Information & Technology Co., Ltd., has long been deeply engaged in research on non-ferrous metal industry chains such as aluminum, lead, and zinc, possessing keen insights into the industry's current state and future trends. With a multidisciplinary background in sustainable development, he has previously conducted research on carbon emission trading and environmental protection work, accumulating extensive and in-depth experience in green transformation and product decarbonization across sectors such as mining, metallurgy, and materials. 

Aryo Djojohadikusumo is a prominent Indonesian entrepreneur, politician, and philanthropist, renowned for his extensive contributions across multiple fields. He currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the mining sector at Arsari Tambang—Arsari Tambang being one of Indonesia's largest mining companies, focusing on the exploration, extraction, and smelting of tin ore. Under Aryo Djojohadikusumo's visionary leadership, the company consistently prioritizes sustainable and environmentally friendly practices, including the construction of new-type facilities that utilize green technology and solar energy. Additionally, he is a member of the Supervisory Board of the Arsari Djojohadikusumo Foundation.

In the energy sector, Aryo holds the position of Vice Chairman for Energy and Mineral Resources at the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry for the 2024–2029 term. In sports, he serves as Chairman of the Central Board of the Indonesian Equestrian Association and founded Sarga.co, Indonesia's first professional horse racing operation. In the aerospace field, he acts as Secretary General of the Indonesian Aerospace Society.

Prior to his corporate leadership roles, Aryo Djojohadikusumo was a member of the Indonesian House of Representatives from 2014 to 2019, gaining five years of experience on the Energy and Mineral Resources Commission. He also chaired the Indonesia–Japan Parliamentary Bilateral Cooperation Group from 2015 to 2019. He previously served as a member of the Great Indonesia Movement Party's Executive Board and as its Head of Youth Affairs, founding and leading the party's youth wing, Great Indonesian Seedlings, from 2008 to 2021, while also holding the position of Deputy Secretary General of the Great Indonesia Movement Party from 2008 to 2020. Aryo studied at Winchester College in Hampshire, UK, before furthering his education at Durham University and the School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London. His diverse roles and accomplishments reflect his dedication to Indonesia's development and his ability to lead with integrity across multiple sectors.

Jean Tang, Commercial Director of Nickel BU in Shanghai Metals Market. She has a comprehensive understanding of
the Nickel industry. With an in depth knowledge of the wholle value chain, she is well-versed in the various stages

Bede Beresford Evans, President Director；Bede has been appointed as President Director of PT Sumbawa Timur Mining since March 2019 with main responsibility to develop the Hu'u Project into a world-class copper mining operation that will position Indonesia as one of the largest copper producers in the world.
Prior to his current position, Bede served as Environment, Community and Sustainability Manager, senior management and leadership role within Vale responsible for the design and delivery of environment and social impact management programs on exploration projects and operations throughout the Australia, Asia, Pacific Islands, Africa and Andean Americas.Bede holds a Master of Environmental Economics from the University of London and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Queensland, Australia.Since Bede's leadership, the Hu'u Project has achieved many achievements both in mining exploration operations and benefits received by the community around PT Sumbawa Timur Mining location in Hu'u District, West Nusa Tenggara.
This is not surprising because Bede has a long experience in the mining industry, operations planning, and sustainable development. Bede was with United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) and Quang Ngai Rural Development Program in Vietnam, as well as Regional Manager (APAC) – Environmental Service Group, Hatch Associates.

Josue Ruiz is the Director of Facility Engagement at the Responsible Minerals Initiative (RMI), bringing over 18 years of experience in responsible sourcing, supply chain due diligence, and ESG implementation across the global mining and minerals sector.
In his role at RMI, Josue leads global facility engagement and technical assistance programs that support smelters and refiners in strengthening audit readiness, improving conformance with RMAP standards, and embedding ESG and due diligence requirements into operational practice. His work focuses on facilities sourcing from diverse geographic regions, translating international standards into practical, on-the-ground implementation.
Josue holds approvals and certifications aligned with leading international standards and initiatives, including The Copper Mark and the LBMA, among others. Throughout his career, he has conducted more than 1,000 audits across over 40 countries, with recent years dedicated to high-impact engagement in conflict-affected and high-risk areas.
He has been instrumental in developing technical guidance, engagement frameworks, and capacity-building programs that help facilities meet RMAP requirements, reduce nonconformances, and strengthen supply chain transparency. Josue regularly leads multi-stakeholder working groups, facilitates auditor and facility trainings, and supports collaboration among industry, associations, and downstream companies.

Gerick Mouton, Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Mouton, a mechanical engineer, is a global metals and mining professional. His experience in holding senior, executive and Board of Director positions within established international listed mining companies and engineering consultancies has afforded him the rare opportunity to build a wide range of skills over a nearly 30-year period. His knowledge spans the entire project life cycle, across various commodities, including but not limited to: early-stage strategic project development scenarios; project economics and financial evaluations; challenging project development expectations; partnership negotiations; organizational establishment; project marketing; and dynamic stakeholder relationships. These projects and operations have exposed Mr. Mouton to a multitude of cultures within several countries on multiple continents, for example: Botswana, Ghana, Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), Zambia, Madagascar, Tanzania, South Africa and Indonesia. He has worked extensively with interested and affected parties and other stakeholders to ensure uninterrupted development of large-scale mining projects in challenging social locations. His interaction with multicultural stakeholders over his career has enhanced his mitigation knowledge with regards to ESG challenges facing the development of new mining projects.

Benjamin Katz leads the work on responsible mineral supply chains at the OECD’s Centre for Responsible Business Conduct. Established to promote the implementation of the OECD Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Supply Chains of Minerals from Conflict-Affected and High-Risk Areas, the programme aims to advance the field primarily through policy advice, research and convening, and helping build out a global infrastructure for due diligence aligned with the Guidance. He has over 10 years of experience working on natural resource management in fragile settings. Prior to the OECD, Ben implemented responsible sourcing projects related to due diligence, traceability, and formalisation of artisanal and small-scale mining mainly in Central and Southern Africa.

Luca Maiotti is a Policy Analyst in the Minerals Team of the OECD Centre for Responsible Business Conduct, where he's worked for the past 9 years. He leads the thematic work on corruption at the Centre, and the team’s outreach in non-OECD countries. Previously, he worked at the Financial Action Task Force and the European External Action Service. 

Aldo Namora is a senior executive in the mining and mineral extraction industry with more than 20 years of experience in project development, strategic partnerships, and investment in natural resources. He currently serves as President Director of PT Ceria Metalindo Prima and Head of Business Development at Ceria Corporation, where he leads the advancement of the company’s integrated nickel mining and processing operations, including ferronickel production and the development of future battery-grade materials. He is actively involved in shaping Indonesia’s mineral downstreaming strategy and critical minerals ecosystem, contributing to industry dialogue on ESG, sustainable resource development, energy transition, and the global battery supply chain.

Dr. Chunwei Liu, graduated from KU Leuven, used to be Associate Professor in the Process Engineering of Chinese Academy of Sciences. He has been dedicating in the extraction of energy metal resources, including R&D and industrialization. He has led over 10 international projects, published more than 20 academic papers, and applied for more than 30 international and domestic patents.

Simon Zhang brings 15 years of combined sales and technical experience in the solar mounting structure industry. As a seasoned expert in PV tracking systems, he has led the design and development of mounting solutions for numerous large-scale ground-mounted power plants, with deep expertise in site-specific optimization under complex terrain and extreme climate conditions.

Tirta Karma Senjaya officially served as Head of Commodity Futures Trading Regulatory Agency (CoFTRA) since January 14, 2025. Previously, Tirta served as Head of the Bureau of Fostering and Development of Commodity Futures for the period June 2022 - January 2025. Previously, Tirta served as Head of the Bureau of Fostering and Development of Markets at the CoFTRA from August 2021 to June 2022. In addition, Tirta served at the Directorate General of Domestic Trade from 2005 to 2021. Tirta was born in Bandung, West Java, in 1975. Tirta earned a Bachelor of Statistics degree at Padjadjaran University in 2001 and a Master of Economics degree at the University of Indonesia in 2008.
For his loyalty to the country, Tirta was honored with the Satyalancana Karya Satya X, the highest civilian award in Indonesia, by the President of the Republic in 2015.

Aryo Djojohadikusumo is a distinguished Indonesian businessman, politician and philanthropist, renowned for his impactful contributions across various sectors. Aryo currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Arsari Tambang, the mining arm of the Arsari Group. Arsari Tambang is one of Indonesia's largest mining companies, specializing in the exploration, production, and smelting of tin. Under Aryo's visionary leadership, Arsari Tambang has prioritized sustainable and environmentally friendly practices, including the construction of new facilities designed with green technology and solar energy. Additionally, Aryo serves as a Supervisory Board Member of the Arsari Djojohadikusumo Foundation.

He founded and chaired Tunas Indonesia Raya (TIDAR), Gerindra’s youth wing, from 2008 to 2021, and concurrently served as the Deputy Secretary-General of the Gerindra party from 2008 to 2020.

Achmad Zuhraidi leads PT Mitra Murni Perkasa (MMP) with over 15 years of experience in the financial sector and 10 years in the mining industry. His background at Standard Chartered and DBS Bank shaped his expertise in financial strategy, corporate leadership and governance. In the mining sector, he played crucial role in reviving a coal mine to sustain its commercial, production, environmental as well as social aspects.

Recognizing the pivotal role Indonesia's critical minerals play in the global energy transition, he leverages his extensive mining expertise to drive innovation across the entire value chain—from extraction to value-added processing. By spearheading both strategic and operational initiatives, he fuels robust business growth while ensuring that environmental and social integrity and social responsibility remain at the forefront. His leadership will promote MMP to be a responsible player in global critical minerals.

Yana Xia is the Director of Bauxite and Alumina Markets at Alcoa, responsible for developing Alcoa's global market perspectives and go-to-market strategies for bauxite and alumina products.
Yana has over 10 years of experience in the mining and metals industry. She joined Alcoa's industry analysis team in 2017 from the Shanghai office and subsequently expanded her experience at Alcoa's Pittsburgh office. She is currently based in Singapore.
She holds a Master's degree in Economics from Fudan University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).

Wito is currently the President Director of PT Addaro Indo Aluminium and PT Kalimantan Aluminium Industry and also Director in PT Adaro Minerals Indonesia Tbk. Previously Wito was in charge as the President Directoor of PT Adaro Power & PT Adaro Tirta Mandiri.
Prior to Adaro Group, Wito served as the Managing Director & Chief Risk Officer of Indonesian Infrastructure Finance (lIF). Other professional experiences include positions at PT Rabobank Bank International Indonesija, PT Bank DBS Indonesia, PT Astra International Tbk and International Finance Corporaation (IFC) with working and project experiences in Bangkok, Philippines, Mongolia,Prague, Czech Republic, Lebanon, Hungary & Mexico.
Wito holds Master of Business Administration, concenttration in Finance, Strategy & Marketing from Rotterdam School of Management, ErasmusUniversity and Bachelor Degree of Commerce, major in Finance & Marketing from Curtin University of Technology.


Mr. Paulus has been the CEO of The Jakarta Futures Exchange since 2015. During his leadership, he has achieved numerous milestones, including reengineering JFX trading and information system, introducing diversified products for the domestic and global trading community, providing price transparency and easy access to market data resulting in more than 90% of tin exporters using JFX trading platform to conduct their trades. Mr. Paulus has also, during his tenure, established international collaborations that have elevated JFX's reputation on the global stage.

Bryce has more than 19 years of working experience in New Energy Lithium-ion Battery materials field with key roles in overseas investment, critical mineral sourcing, responsible sourcing and ESG & Sustainability management in the company. He has led the responsible mineral supply chain due diligence program in Huayou Cobalt since 2016 and also firstly in cobalt Industry, which has contributed significantly to the formation of the industrial supply chain due diligence solution. Through implementing the comprehensive ESG management throughout its investments from mining, refining and further processing, which makes ESG become the core competitiveness of Huayou Cobalt. The company takes it’s leading role to provide green, sustainable supply chain to new energy Li-ion battery industry, especially at aspects of carbon reduction, supply chain traceability, environmental friendly and community harmony.

Edric joined the LME in 2014 and is based in Singapore office, where he is Head of Corporate Sales in Asia. He has many years of experience in commodity price risk management. Previously, he worked at Mizuho Bank and was responsible for marketing commodity derivatives and advising hedging strategies to corporate customers. Prior to that, he worked for a world-renowned airline, managing their jet fuel risk book

Mark leads the Nickel Institute’s Public Policy & Sustainability team and is responsible for ensuring that global regulation and legislation on nickel and nickel compounds is science-based, justified and takes account of the socio-economic importance and the life cycle perspective of nickel.

He joined the Nickel Institute in 2008 and prior to taking up his current role he was responsible for life cycle management and sustainability issues for the Nickel Institute. He has contributed extensively to the academic and scientific debate on life cycle assessment and the benefits of using and recycling nickel. He has also been involved in developing global sustainability standards.
 Mark is a German citizen and holds a degree in Economic Geology and a PhD in Mining Engineering, both from Aachen RWTH Technical University, Germany.

Logan Lu, CEO of SMM. Since joining SMM in 2011, he has led the company's analysis and market research business in the ferrous research strategy. He oversees the pricing, information, data, analysis, and research departments for non-ferrous metals. As the CEO of SMM, he has over a decade of experience in commodity pricing, non-ferrous metals, data research, and new energy materials consulting.

Cameron is the Director of Assurance for the Aluminium Stewardship Initiative and leads the international assurance function for ASI which includes regular engagement with auditing firms, auditors and nearly 350 ASI Member organisations with facilities in over 50 countries. 
He is a business-orientated environmental scientist with twenty five years’ experience in areas including performance standards, management systems, land use management and biodiversity, sustainability reporting, auditing and assurance, and corporate sustainability strategy. 
He is degree qualified in both environmental management and earth science, with professional experience also in health and safety and communities/social programs and initiatives. 
Over his career, he has held corporate sustainability roles throughout the mining and metals sector, including multi-national organizations such as Orica, Newcrest and Rio Tinto. Prior to joining ASI in early 2020, Cameron also managed a strategic sustainability consultancy, Rio Tinto and multi-national consulting firms. 

Egi is a manager for the Climate Program. He mainly works to assist the Government of Indonesia on how best to implement low carbon development policies at national aand regional level, including policy integration in the Medium-Term Development Plan, Strategic Environmental Assessment, and related government planning and strategy documents at national and reggional level.
Prior to joining WRI, Egi worked as a Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation Manager at Indonesia Climate Change Trust Fund (ICCTF). He also worked with UNDP as a Monitoring and Reporting Officer.
He graduated from Bandung Institute of Technology, majoring in Geophysics Engineering, and then earned his master's degree on defense management from the sameuniversity.

Prof. Dr. rer. nat. Evvy Kartini is a prominent figure in the scientific community, having held a number of significant leadership roles. These include founding the National Battery Research Institute (NBRI), serving as President of the Indonesian Neutron Scattering Society (INSS), President of the Indonesian Materials Research Society (MRS-INA), and currently holding the position of Research Professor at the National Research and Innovation Agency (BRIN). Professor Evvy is internationally recognized for her deep expertise in neutron scattering and materials science, with a particular focus on lithium-ion battery research. Her extensive publication record and numerous awards underscore her distinguished reputation in these specialized areas.
Under her guidance, the National Battery Research Institute (NBRI) has become a pioneering force in advancing battery technology in Indonesia. Through strategic collaborations with industry and institutions, Prof. Evvy Kartini has effectively disseminated cutting-edge knowledge and insights, offering invaluable perspectives on the future trajectory of battery technology. Her expertise has attracted interest from various sectors, catalyzing collaborative efforts with NBRI and highlighting Prof. Evvy's critical role in driving innovation and fostering mutually beneficial partnerships for technological advancement.
Furthermore, Prof. Evvy's influence extends beyond national boundaries, as evidenced by the international scope of the collaborations facilitated by NBRI under his leadership. In particular, the successful hosting of the IBS 2023 event, organized by NBRI under Prof. Evvy's guidance, attracted participation from various countries to engage in discussions around batteries and electric vehicles (EVs). This global recognition serves to underscore Prof. Evvy's status as a leading expert in battery technology, not only in Indonesia but also internationally.

Graduated in metallurgy from the Polytechnic Faculty of Lubumbashi in DRC, Egyul has experience in the mining industry having worked as a metallurgist in two hydrometallurgical plants. One in copper metallurgy and as a by-product, cobalt and the other in gold metallurgy. Then, he acquired strong managerial, administrative and analytical skills by having worked in various private and public companies. 

Currently, Egyul is a Metallurgist Expert at the Department of Metallurgical Studies and Industrial Integration at the Technical Cell for Coordination and Mining Planning in acronym CTCPM, technical service of the Ministry of Mines and focal point of mining activities in the DRC.

Duncan Hobbs brings over 30 years of experience to his London-based role as director of market research for non-ferrous metals and related raw materials traded by Concord Resources Ltd. Previously he managed an international team of senior staff delivering non-ferrous metals and bulk commodities market research at Noble Group, based in Singapore. Preceding these positions with physical traders, his experience includes commodities market research and business development roles in financial services with Macquarie Bank; mining and metal production with Nyrstar; engineering services with Hatch; and independent research with CRU, where he was a member of the steel team. He began his career in dry bulk shipping market research with Drewry in London. Mr Hobbs is presently a member of the LME’s Aluminium Committee, and previously served as a member of the Lead & Zinc Committee from 2015 to 2023.

Vince Li is one of the founders of Zhongshan Hanhua Tin Industry Co., Ltd. and currently serves as the Chairman of Hanhua Tin Industry. He is primarily responsible for the company's strategic planning, international resource integration, introduction of international technologies and cooperation, as well as risk control. With 20 years of deep involvement in the soldering tin industry, he possesses unique insights into the industry's current development status and future prospects.

Ron joined China Hongqiao Group in January 2020, following 11 years as Secretary General of the International Aluminium Institute (London). Previous roles include Executive Director of the Australian Aluminium Council (2002 to 2008), Chief Executive of the World Coal Institute London (1997 to 2001) and senior positions with the Minerals Council of Australia (1987 to 1996). Prior to these appointments, Ron was an economist with the Australian Government (1976 to 1987).  Ron is an Australian with a small beef cattle farm in Australia. 

Hendri earned his bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Trisakti University, Indonesia, in year 1996 and his master’s in management from Tarumanegara University, Indonesia, in year 2002. He has more than two decades of professional experience, mostly from his senior positions in sales and marketing. Before joining Adaro in 2014, he built his career at Banpu Group and Baramulti Group. His current positions also include Director of PT Adaro Indonesia, Director of PT Adaro Minerals Indonesia Tbk., and Commissioner of PT Pari Coal

A total of 29 years of work experience with several major companies such as Western Mining Company, Phelps Dodge Corp, Freeport McMoran, BHP Billiton, and J Resources Nusantara. Previous positions held covering senior level in both technical to managerial level mostly in Exploration; Brownfields and Greenfields Exploration including target generation, new business development, advanced exploration project, projectdevelopment/construction and operation. Worked mostly in major copper-gold and cobalt with recently in lateritic base metals deposit systems such as IOCG (Candelaria, Al Caparossa, Santos and Punta del Cobre-Chile), Sediment Hosted Cu (Tenke Fungurume district-DRC Africa) and HSE-Porphyry (Sunda-Banda Arc, South and Central Kalimantan, Central Southern-Philippines, PNG, Southern and Northern Peru, Central Chile, Arizona and Inner Mongolia, Tarim Basin-China), HSE, LSE and ISE-Porphyry and currently some lateritic mineral deposits in Indonesia.

Mr Subhashish Datta has over thirty-three years of professional experience in Finance & Accounts, Business and Strategic Planning, Commercial, Company Secretary, et al in the Infrastructure, Power, and Mining sectors.
He has a rich and wide-ranging experience having worked with various companies at various geographical locations across India and abroad viz., Tata Power, TRF (Tata Enterprise), Thiess Minecs India (MNC), Coastal Gujarat Power (merged with Tata Power), Powerlinks Transmission (Tata Power & PowerGrid JV), Stewarts & Lloyds (earlier Tata Steel subsidiary), Bharat Yantra Nigam (Govt. of India undertaking) etc. Since April 2022, Mr Datta is the Chief Financia Officer of PT. Kaltim Prima Coal.
Mr. Datta is a Fellow member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India and the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He completed his CFA course from the Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India. He is Graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Maisam Hasnain is a Vice President – Senior Credit Officer in Moody’s Corporate Finance Group.

Based in Singapore, Maisam covers a portfolio of companies across the industrial, mining and plantation sectors in Southeast Asia.

Prior to his move to Singapore in 2017, Maisam spent four years covering a broad array of sectors, including telecommunications, communications infrastructure, building materials, and metals and mining in Moody’s Hong Kong office. 

Maisam joined Moody’s in 2010 in Hong Kong and started as an Associate in Moody’s Regional Product Strategy team, which is responsible for managing all aspects of Moody’s research and data service offerings, including new business initiatives.

Maisam holds a double major in Economics and Finance, and a minor in Arabic from The University of Hong Kong.  He is also a CFA charterholder.

Dendi Ramdani currently serves as the Vice President for Industry and Regional Research at P.T. Bank Mandiri Tbk., a position he has held since August 2015. Before joining Bank Mandiri, he was a lecturer at the Faculty of Economics and Business at the University of Indonesia and at Antwerp Business School, University of Antwerp, in Belgium. He possesses significant expertise in industry analysis and corporate behavior.
From November 2014 to May 2015, shortly after returning to Indonesia, he was a member of the Oil and Gas Reform Task Force at the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources. Mr. Yazid Kanca Surya has been a Director of the Jakarta Futures Exchange (JFX) since December 2022, bringing over a decade of leadership experience in the financial and trading sectors. He joined Tsingshan Group in 2012, specializing in the international sales of nickel and stainless steel products. With extensive industry experience and a strong market acumen, he currently serves as the Global Sales Head of Eternal Tsingshan Group, where he oversees the global sales and strategic market expansion of Tsingshan Indonesia’s nickel products, including MHP, high-grade nickel matte, and electro-deposited nickel.

Lloyd Hain heads AME’s research and consulting divisions. He is responsible for the executive management of the AME Research Group. His principal interest is developing AME's work relating to infrastructure, transactions and financing in the resources industry, as well as strategic and project advice. Lloyd is a mining engineer with considerable depth of experience in industry having worked in technical, operational and management roles. He has experience in the planning and operation of many types of deposits from simple, single seam to highly complex, faulted, steeply dipping, multi-seam environment.

Josue has more than 16 years of experience in responsible sourcing, directing technical initiatives and R&D efforts. He is certified in a number of standards, including The Copper Mark, TSM, ICMM, LBMA, and RJC, and has spearheaded global audit programs for Fortune 500 firms. Josue holds a master’s degree in environmental sciences, with focus on sustainability development, and a bachelor’s degree in economics.

Enoch joined ALBA in 2012 and was one of the founding members of ALBA’s Hong Kong office. In 2023, following ALBA’s Asia office merger, he relocated to Singapore. Andika serves as an associate with RMI (Rocky Mountain Institute)'s Southeast Asia Energy Program, with a current focus on advancing utility transitions and driving industrial decarbonization efforts in Indonesia. His prior experience includes a stint with the International Energy Agency (IEA), where he concentrated on fostering clean energy initiatives across developing and emerging regions, notably in Latin America and Southeast Asia. Anne is the co-founder of Brazilian Nickel a company with sustainability and ethical principles at its heart. It’s flagship Piauí Nickel Project is a nickel heap leach which produced its first products in 2022. Heap leaching is a low cost and inherently low carbon footprint process and BRN is looking at innovative ways to further reduce the project carbon footprint with the vision of being carbon negative The Piauí site was awarded the Nickel Mark in May 2024.

In 2022 Anne was named one of the 25 inaugural ESG champions by the Natural Resources Forum particularly for her work on gender diversity and inclusivity in the mining sector.

Anne is a Chartered Metallurgical Engineer from Imperial College London. She has over 30 years’ experience in the resource sector and in nickel and cobalt since 2003. She is also a scientific associate of the Natural History Museum in London were she continues to contribute to fundamental nickel and cobalt research.

He has 30 years working with the U.S. Government and is also an international law attorney with extensive experience in inter-governmental relations and resource management within Europe and Africa.

Since 2014, Jinqiu Tai has been deeply engaged in the tin ore trade sector for 11 years. Starting in 2016, his team became the largest single supplier of tin raw materials for Yunnan Tin Group. Currently, they have established three major non-ferrous metal trade sectors: tin ore, lead ore, and zinc ore, achieving a leading market position in the tin, lead, and zinc sectors in Honghe Prefecture. Over three years, they achieved revenue exceeding 10 billion yuan. In 2022, according to the team's plan, Jucheng Industrial was independently established, dedicated to tin ingot trade and gradually extending to the backend, assisting the team in achieving an entire industry chain layout and optimizing resource allocation.

Winston Ng is the Project Director for PT Kalimantan Aluminium Industry (KAI). The company was established in 2022 and is currently focused on building  an aluminium smelter in North Kalimantan, Indonesia. He has over 25 years of experience in various industrial sectors, specifically in petrochemicals, plastics/packaging, IT/tech, and building materials. He has worked in several countries, including Indonesia, Singapore, the United States, and China.  Winston has B.S. in Engineering from the University of California at Berkeley and M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.

Tiger Shi started his career with China’s State Reserve Bureau in 1996, where he was involved in the strategic reserve management of ferrous and non-ferrous metals for the nation. 

In 2003, Mr. Shi joined Sempra Metals Far East Limited. In 2008, as the China Chief Representative of Newedge Financial Inc., Mr. Shi founded CITIC Newedge Futures Co., Ltd. Before establishing BANDS, Mr. Shi held several senior roles at a number of international financial institutions, including as managing director and head of commodities futures for Jefferies Hong Kong Limited in Asia between 2012 to 2015 and head of metals for Newedge in Asia between 2008 to 2012.

Mr. Shi’s career has witnessed the phenomenal growth of Chinese economy and its influence to the global commodities market. Mr. Shi is widely recognized as a leading figure on promoting globalization of Chinese commodities companies, asset management companies, Chinese metals market and Renminbi internationalization on commodities trading and futures market.

In 2020, Mr. Shi was appointed as a member of the User Committee of the LME where he can voice the interests of metal trading community particularly from an Asian perspective. Continuing his contributions, in 2024, Mr. Shi is invited to the HKEX China Commodities Advisory Group, where he will provide valuable insights and guidance in shaping the China commodities strategy for the Hong Kong Exchange.

Mr. Shi obtained a Bachelor degree in Metallurgical Engineering from University of Science and Technology Beijing in 1996 and Executive Master of Business Administration from China Europe International Business School in 2019.

Dr. Patience Mpofu is the CEO of Insight Mining Experts, a consulting firm that specializes in ESG and Sustainability in the mining industry. She also advises mining companies and governments on critical minerals to support the transition to a more sustainable mining industry. Dr Mpofu has earned numerous awards, including Pan African Most influential women in Mining in South Africa, Southern Africa and Africa. She is a prominent figure in various international conferences and Business Forums with notable speaking engagements as an opening Plenary Speaker at the World Circular Economy Forum in Finland (2023), Futures Mineral Forum in Saudi Arabia (2023 and 2024), Inaugural Responsible Investment Forum in London (2022), International Mining and Resources Conference in Australia (2022 and 2024), Investing in African Mining Indaba, South Africa (2017, 2018 and 2025)  and Mining Investment Business Forums in Zambia and Botswana (2023). 

Patience holds a PhD in Sustainable Mining from UNISA Australia, and an Advanced Management Program from INSEAD, France.

Stephen is the Chairman and Founder of Pure Battery Technologies, with a history in Process Engineering, Plant Design and Project Management. Holding a Bachelor of Engineering (Mineral Processing) from The University of Queensland, Stephen has participated in, and lead, projects globally in the mining and processing industries. Within Pure Battery Technologies Stephen has participated in the development and commercialisation of new technologies utilised for refining of MHP to pCAM and recycling Black Mass to pCAM. 

Atty. Dante R. Bravo is among the founders of the Philippine Nickel Industry Association (PNIA) and has been serving as the president of the association since 2017.

He is the president of Global Ferronickel Holdings, Inc. (FNI), a publicly listed company in the Philippines engaged in mining and the second largest exporter of nickel ore in the Philippines. As president of PNIA, he continues to lead as one of the leading voices of the nickel industry in the country, consulted by private and public partners for matters concerning the industry.

Kevin Lee is a Senior Research Analyst specializing in metallurgical coal and coke analysis. In addition to supply and demand modelling, he provides market insights into the key drivers influencing met coal markets. Prior to joining McCloskey, Kevin worked at a boutique met coal trading house, where he gained extensive experience in the areas of market analysis, logistics and trade support, giving him a well-rounded exposure to the dynamics of met coal markets. 

Luke currently holds the position of Chief Strategy and Technical Officer at PT Vale Indonesia. Prior to this role, Luke served as the CTO for Vale Base Metals, where he also undertook various technical and innovation roles. He brought a wealth of experience to these positions, having previously held the role of Technical Director in Mozambique for Vale for five years.
Before joining Vale, Luke spent a decade working for BHP in various managerial roles that encompassed technical, operational, and financial responsibilities. In addition to his professional career, Luke actively contributes to the mining industry by serving as the Chair for several non-for-profit innovation organizations.
Luke is highly qualified, holding three Master's degrees, a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, and numerous other technical and statutory qualifications, making him a distinguished professional in the mining and metals industry.

Hanif specialises in predictive analyses of dry bulk commodities and freight markets and is based in Kuala Lumpur.
 As the Senior Dry Bulk Freight Analyst at Kpler, Hanif works on building a clearer understanding between dry bulk trade and shipping by developing supply-demand balances, forecasting freight rates, and running scenario analyses.
 Before joining Kpler, he was a Senior Analyst at S&P Global Commodity Insights. Coming from a technical background, he has worked as a data analyst telling stories about dry bulk and fleet data, with an interest in carbon emissions, and as a Reliability Engineer at Vale’s facility in Malaysia.

Chi Zhang graduated with a bachelor's degree from Central South University in 2000. From 2000 to 2023, he worked at the Smelting Branch and Tin Branch of Yunnan Tin Co., Ltd., holding various positions including employee, technician, deputy director of the refining workshop, deputy director of the slag smelting workshop, deputy director/director of the production department, and assistant manager. Since 2023, he has served as the deputy manager of the Market Operation Center of Yunnan Tin Co., Ltd., with extensive experience in tin smelter management and market operations.

Luke Liu, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman, and General Manager of Yunnan Tin Co., Ltd., possesses professional knowledge and extensive practical experience in tin ore mining and beneficiation, non-ferrous metal smelting, and deep processing of tin. He has long been dedicated to analyzing industry trends, risk control management, and enterprise production and operation in the tin industry. Ghee Peh is an Energy Finance Analyst with a focus on the Asian coal industry and South East Asia. Ghee has worked on major mining IPOs in Hong Kong and ndonesia including coal, copper and gold companies and has a deep interest in commodity markets.

He was youngest among 8 brothers and sisters grown up there until finalized his undergraduate in ITB Bandung, Majoring in Mining Engineering in 1980. Received an award from Institute of Technology Bandung, in the form of “Ganesa Widya Jasa Utama” especially in Community Development Practitioner especially in Developing Education in Rural area in 2015.

He also act as Source Person in Mining and Mining Related Aspect and Presenters for those Subjects in Indonesia and other Asian Countries such as Japan, China, Australia, European Countries as well as in the USA. Even till date act as Builder to the “Indonesian Mining Expertise Association (PERHAPI)”.
·       Where after he involve in Several Mining and Mining Related Company, he also handled Chairmanship in :
1.       Chairman in Indonesian Coal Mining Association for two terms (APBI-ICMA in 2003-2006 and then 2006-2009). During that period together with Indonesian Government, they encourage the coal production from about 120 million per year to be over than 250 million in 2009. And he also not the first Chairman in APBI-ICMA but he is the first Chairman who is not from PT Bukit Asam.
2.       Chairman for Indonesian Mining Association (IMA in 2005-2006)
3.       Chairman Forum on Post Mining Forest Reclamation 2007 until 2017.

Veronique is responsible for steering the strategic direction of the Nickel Institute in its mission to promote the responsible supply of nickel and sustainable development of the nickel industry. She became President of the Nickel Institute in 2025.
Veronique joined the Nickel Institute in 2012 and served as Director Public Policy & Sustainability, focussing on ensuring that global regulation and legislation on nickel and nickel compounds is science-based, justified and takes account of the socio-economic importance and the life cycle perspective of nickel.
She has more than 25 years experience in regulatory and government affairs, including over a decade in the corporate metal and chemicals sector.
Veronique holds a PhD in Organic Chemistry from the University of Exeter.、
